Skiing and Snowboarding at Crotched is easy for both Children and Parents. Our Programs are designed for children with the goal of learning a wonderful lifetime activity. These programs are designed to meet the needs of children and parents, thus making learning to ski or snowboard easy and fun.

 MINI-RADICALS (ages 3 to 4):

The Mini-Radicals program will allow children to experience the joy of skiing.  This winter experience will consist of fully-supervised, indoor and outdoor activities. The lessons will include games and activities to familiarize your children with their skiing equipment and to introduce them to some basic skills of skiing. All program activities take place in our children's teaching area. Children who are able to stop and turn may move into our Radicals program providing they have the energy and skill to ski with older children without individual attention. 

RADICALS  (ages 5 to 10):

The Radicals Program is a fully-supervised group lesson for children ages 5-10. Children are divided into groups according to their ability and age. Our professional instructors will guide your children while helping them progress to the next level of skiing in a safe and fun environment.   Our goal is to have your child improve her skiing ability through on snow experience.  Half Day programs are from 9-12 or 1-4 and includes a least 2 hours of skiing/ riding time.  The full day program is from 9-4 and includes at least 4 hours of skiing /riding time and a lunch.  All sessions include coaching with a professional instructor, supervision and fun activities during rest periods and badges to identify newly learned skills.

GROMS  (ages 6 to 10):

Established along the same lines as the Radicals program, this snowboarding lesson program will provide children, ages 6 to 10, the fundamental skills of snowboarding.  Children are divided into groups according to their ability and age.  Our instructors will guide the children while helping them progress to the next level of riding in a safe and fun environment.  Our goal is to have your children improve their riding ability through on snow experience.  All Half Day programs are from 9-12 or 1-4 and include at least 2 hours of riding time. The full day program is from 9-4 and will include at least 4 hours of riding time and lunch.  All sessions include coaching time with a professional instructor, supervision and fun activities during rest periods along with badges to identify newly learned skills.

These programs are available as Morning sessions from  9am-noon or afternoon sessions from 1-4pm, or all day from 9am to 4pm

Three hour sessions: $70, with ski or snowboard rental $85
Add the afternoon session for an all day program for half price $35!

Reservations: Weekends and holidays reservations are highly recommended. These programs will have a limited mid-week availability reservations will be required.

Relax, and let us take care of your child.  Whether just crawling 
or playing on the slopes, kids ages 1 through 2 will laugh their way
