Snowmaking

Grooming

Starting with the 09/10 season, Crotched Mountain will be grooming out slopes with two brand new, identical Kaessbohrer Pisten Bully 400 Park grooming machines. What’s in it you may ask? Well, both machines are “terrain park capable” that means we will be able to
build faster. One of the two machines is equipped with a
newly developed hydraulic flap system, which is designed
for “seamless” passes (no or less ridges) and also gives
us the ability to go closer to the trails edges. Interested in

CM skiing conditions for 09/10 season will be even closer to heaven, remember though to show up early, the first two hours on any ski trail are usually the best.
 

Lodge
After many debates on the “LOOKS” of CM’s lodge, the verdict has come in … Comments from our customers: “all in one building … easy to get around … huge rental shop with direct access to the beginner slopes … inside ticket booths to stay warm … clean and spacious cafeteria with plenty of room and tables to sit down … lots of cubby holes for storage in the entrance lobby” … and this year a brand new FIREPLACE! …
